Supplementary Admission Guide for the 2025/2026 Academic Session
The Federal University Otuoke (FUOTUOKE) invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for Supplementary Admission into its undergraduate programmes for the 2025/2026 academic session. This guide provides step-by-step instructions to help candidates complete the application process successfully.
1. Eligibility Criteria
Who Can Apply?
- Candidates who chose Federal University Otuoke as their first choice and scored 150 and above in the 2025 UTME are eligible to apply for the programmes listed below.
- Candidates who did not choose FUOTUOKE as their first choice but scored 150 and above in the 2025 UTME may also apply after changing their institution of choice to FUOTUOKE through the JAMB portal (www.jamb.org.ng).
- Candidates who applied to FUOTUOKE but were not admitted into their initial choice of programme may reapply for any of the listed programmes, provided they first complete a change of course on the JAMB portal.
Note: JAMB changes (institution or course) may take up to 24 hours to reflect.

3. Method of Application
- Candidates are to pay a non-refundable fee of ₦2,000.00 using an Interswitch Verve-enabled or MasterCard.
- After payment, candidates should complete the online application via the FUOTUOKE admission portal.
4. Documents Required
Applicants must upload the following documents during registration:
- Recent passport-size photograph (digital format).
- Copy of 2025 UTME original result printout.
- Copy of WAEC/NECO/NABTEB O’ Level result.
- Copy of Local Government of Origin Certificate.
- Copy of Birth Certificate or Age Declaration.
5. Important Instructions
- Use a digital passport photograph only.
- Ensure that your name arrangement is exactly the same as in your JAMB UTME record.
- Provide a valid email address and personal phone number.
- FUOTUOKE will not be responsible for incomplete or failed applications caused by invalid contact details.

7. Disqualification Notice
Candidates will be disqualified if they:
- Submit false UTME scores.
- Present fake O’ Level grades (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB).
