The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has advised Prospective Corps Members (PCMs) to regularly check their NYSC dashboards for important updates regarding their mobilization and registration.
In a recent notice, the NYSC directed PCMs who receive a message requesting them to re-upload their passport photographs to take immediate action.
According to the Scheme, affected PCMs are required to re-capture and re-upload a clear passport photograph through their NYSC dashboard.
NYSC Passport Re-Upload Requirement for PCMs
The NYSC emphasized that the re-capture and re-upload of passport photographs must be completed before the affected PCMs report to the orientation camp.
PCMs who receive the notification are therefore advised not to ignore it, as failure to complete the required action may affect their documentation or mobilization process.
What PCMs Should Do
Prospective Corps Members are advised to:
- Log in to their NYSC dashboard regularly.
- Check for any notification requesting a passport photograph re-upload.
- If prompted, re-capture a clear passport photograph.
- Upload the new photograph as instructed on the dashboard.
- Complete the process before reporting to the NYSC orientation camp.
NYSC Advises PCMs to Check Their Dashboards Regularly
The NYSC has urged all affected PCMs to monitor their dashboards regularly for updates and instructions.
PCMs who are not currently prompted to re-upload their passport photographs should continue checking their dashboards in case a new notification is issued.
Important Notice
If your NYSC dashboard displays a message requesting you to re-upload your passport photograph, ensure that you complete the process before proceeding to the orientation camp.
PCMs are advised to follow only the instructions provided through their official NYSC dashboard and other official NYSC communication channels.
