Senate of the Delta State University (DELSU), Abraka has confirmed the appointment of the University’s first & only Professor of Civil Engineering and current Director of Academic Planning, Professor Hilary Ijeoma Owamah, as Deputy Vice/Chancellor (Academic).
However, this is following his nomination by the V-C, Professor Samuel Asagba at the special senate meeting held on Wednesday, 26th February, 2025. He will be resuming his new office from March 11, 2025 when the tenure of Prof. Ochuko Anomohanran ends.
