IAUE alerts the general public on fake Facebook accounts

The attention of the Public Relations Unit and the ICT Centre of the Ignatius Ajuru University of Education (IAUE) has been drawn to the following fake social media accounts making the rounds, especially on Facebook.

We wish to state emphatically that the above fake Facebook accounts are not from or do not belong to the Acting Vice Chancellor of IAUE, Professor Okey Onuchuku. It is the handiwork of fraudsters, wicked agents, and unrepentant individuals, bent on defrauding unsuspecting Nigerians of their resources, particularly Staff, Students Friends of the Ignatius Ajuru University of Education where Professor Okechuku Onuchuku is presently serving as Ag. Vice Chancellor.

Therefore, the existence of the above Facebook profiles and links is only a ruse. Professor Okey Onuchuku complies with Cyber/Internet policies, and he is Cyber-secured. Please, do not fall prey to fraudsters. Thank you!
