This is to inform the general public that sales of admission forms are out for suitably qualified candidates into the College of Nursing Sciences, National Orthopaedic Hospital, Enugu.

You can now begin purchase of admission forms for the following Enugu Orthopedic Hospital Nursing and midwifery programs:

1. BASIC NURSING
2. BASIC MIDWIFERY
3. POST BASIC NURSING (Orthopaedic/Burns & Plastic)

ADMISSION REQUIREMENT

1. Must be 16 years and above at the time of application
2. Must obtain in not more than two sitting O’ Level Credit passes in English, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics from WAEC, NECO, GCE or at one sitting from NABTEB
3. Birth Certificate/declaration of age (Not Baptismal Card)
4. Testimonial from the last school attended
5. Marriage Certificate (if married)
6. Two (2) recent passport photographs
7. Mode of Identification (NIN, PVC, Driver’s License,International Passport)
8. Basic Nursing Certificate/Licenses (for Post Basic Nursing applicants only)
9. Original/Photocopies of all relevant document will be sighted during interview.

HOW TO APPLY

1. Pay via Remita the of sum N22,500 (Cost of Admission form & Examination fee) in favour of National Orthopaedic Hospital. Enugu.

NB:

• To generate Remita, Visit https://www.remita.net
• Select pay a biller
• Type against “who to pay” National Orthopedic Hospital Enugu
• Select “POS Collections” under Service/Purpose”
• Complete the form and click submit
• Use any of the remita channel to pay
• (you may approach any ICT staff at ICT Lab for assistance)

2. Proceed to office of the Registrar for

• Confirmation of your payment via Remita
• Change of your confirmed Remita Receipt to NOHE receipt
• Collection of your application form

3. Take your already filled form to ICT Lab for data processing of your application form

NOTE: Sales of Forms starts from Wednesday 19th June and closes on Friday 30th August 2024.

EXAMINATION METHOD

Computer Based Test (CBT) on Mathematics, English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
