How To Check Your 2024 Jamb Result

Over the years, JAMB as a board approved the use of an online portal created by them inorder for candidates to check their result by inserting their JAMB registration number and get what is called NOTIFICATION OF RESULT.

However, due to certain events that seems not to flow with the integrity of JAMB, there seems to be a change when it comes to checking of JAMB results in 2024. That is why JAMB in 2024 decided to approve two (2) ways in which candidates should use to check their result respectively. The two (2) ways are as follows:

1. The use of text message. Candidates are to text UTMERESULT to 55019 or 66019 using the exact phone number that they used to generate their JAMB profile code during JAMB registration. Also, for this to work; you must have a minimum of N100 main credit as a recharge card in your line. If you use another phone number to text to 55019 or 66019, it will not work or recognized by JAMB because that phone number wasn’t registered in their system in respect to your JAMB registration number because each JAMB profile code is tied to one JAMB registration number.
2. The use of your JAMB email address and password to access and print out your ORIGINAL JAMB RESULT. This is another way to check your JAMB result but for this process to work for you, then, you must ensure that your JAMB email address is approved, linked, validated and recognized by JAMB system and in the same vein, a unique password will be generated by JAMB system and forwarded to your email address that has been linked and recognized by their system. This second option of checking JAMB result will be useful most essentially to candidates that might have lost or unable to retrieve the SIM card that they used to generate their JAMB profile code during JAMB registration and also those candidates who can’t reach out to those that they used their phone number to generate their JAMB profile code can as well use this second option.
