Kwara State University, Malete invites applications from all UTME and Direct Entry (DE) candidates who fall into the following categories:
- Candidates who selected KWASU as their first-choice institution.
- Candidates who wish to apply to KWASU and are ready to change their first-choice institution on the JAMB Portal before registering for the screening.
Eligibility Requirements
- All applicants must possess a minimum of five (5) O’Level credits in relevant subjects, obtained in not more than two sittings.
- For the MBBS programme, only one sitting is accepted.
- Candidates awaiting O’Level results may apply but will not be considered for admission until their results are available before the end of the admission process.
Important Guidelines
- After successful registration, candidates must print their completed registration form and payment receipt.
- In case of a failed payment (due to network issues), you can re-query the transaction:
- Enter your JAMB registration number and phone number.
- Press the Tab key to display the re-query option.
- Follow the instructions to resolve your payment.

- Meeting the minimum UTME/DE scores set by the University and respective academic programmes.
- Availability of admission slots within the NUC-approved quota.
- Any falsification of documents, including citizenship certificates, will result in disqualification and legal action.
