The University of Benin (UNIBEN) has officially announced the commencement of its Post-UTME and Post-Direct Entry (PUDE) screening exercise for the 2025/2026 academic session. The screening will be held from Monday, 1st September to Saturday, 6th September 2025 at designated CBT centres within the Ugbowo Campus.

✅ Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for the screening, candidates must:
- Have applied through JAMB for UTME or Direct Entry for 2025/2026 admission.
- Have selected UNIBEN as First Choice Institution.
- Score a minimum of 200 in the 2025 UTME (for UTME candidates).
- Possess at least five (5) credit passes including English Language and other relevant subjects (including Mathematics for applicable courses) at not more than two sittings in GCE O/L, SSCE, NECO, or equivalent.
- Have a valid email account for the application process.

Step-by-step Guide:
- Visit the UNIBEN Portal
- Click on the Application Menu.
- Read the instructions carefully and click “Begin Application Process.”
- Enter your JAMB Registration Number, UTME Score, and create a password.
- Login using your JAMB Reg. No. and password.
- Fill in your personal and academic details.
- Click “Pay with Remita” and follow the instructions to pay ₦2,000.00 (excluding charges) using a valid ATM-enabled card.
- Review your information and submit the application.
- Return to the portal later to print your acknowledgment slip and screening invitation slip.

📌 Important Reminders:
- Check your screening schedule from Wednesday, 27th August 2025 on the portal.
- Arrive at your venue at least one hour before your scheduled time.
- Do NOT bring mobile phones or calculators to the venue.

🕛 Application Deadline:
All applications must be completed on or before Friday, 22nd August 2025.
Note: Candidates who pay after the deadline will not be screened.
