UNIJOS Post-UTME/DE 2025: cut-off mark, eligibility, registration and screening details

The University of Jos (UNIJOS) hereby informs all 2025 UTME and Direct Entry (DE) candidates who applied for admission into the institution, selected it as their First Choice, and meet the departmental cut-off marks, to register online for the screening exercise.

📅 Screening Period: 18th August – 30th September, 2025
🖥 Mode of Screening: Entirely Online
👥 Applies to: All eligible UTME & DE candidates

Eligibility Criteria

✅ UTME candidates must have scored a minimum of 180 in the 2025 UTME (see departmental cut-off marks below).
✅ Direct Entry candidates must pay the stipulated screening fee and complete online registration.
✅ Only candidates who have uploaded their O’Level results on JAMB CAPS will be eligible.

Step-by-Step Registration Guide

Step 1: Create an Account

1. Visit 👉 portal.unijos.edu.ng
2. Click FORMS APPLICATION.
3. Select 2025 UTME/DE Screening.
4. Read and close the pop-up message.
5. Enter your JAMB Registration Number and click Get Started.
6. Fill in your email, phone number, and password.
7. Submit the form and check your email for an activation message.
8. Click the activation link to complete signup.

Step 2: Pay the Screening Fee

1. Return to 👉 portal.unijos.edu.ng and click LOGIN.
2. Enter your registered email and password.
3. On your dashboard, click Make Payment and follow the instructions.
4. Print both the portal receipt and the Remita receipt sent to your email.
5. Click Proceed to print your screening summary for reference.

Important Notes

• Only candidates who selected University of Jos as First Choice will be uploaded on the portal.
• Confirm you meet the departmental cut-off mark before registering. If not, change course via JAMB CAPS.
• Upload your O’Level results to JAMB CAPS before registration.
• All candidates must accept their admission offer on JAMB CAPS within 4 weeks of release before it reflects on the UNIJOS portal.
• Failure to comply may result in delays or exclusion from the admission process.
