Direct Entry (DE) Admission Screening Guide for 2025/2026 Academic Session
The Federal University Otuoke (FUOTUOKE) invites applications from qualified candidates for the Direct Entry (DE) Screening Exercise for admission into the University for the 2025/2026 Academic Session.
This guide provides all necessary information to help candidates apply successfully.
1. Eligibility for Application
The following categories of candidates are eligible to apply:
- Candidates who chose Federal University Otuoke as their first choice institution in the 2025 JAMB Direct Entry (DE) and applied for any of the programmes listed below.
- Candidates holding any of the following qualifications: NCE, OND, HND, First Degree, or A‘Level in relevant subjects/disciplines, in addition to meeting the required O’Level subject requirements (see FUOTUOKE Brochure for details).
- Candidates who did not initially select FUOTUOKE as their first choice but are interested in admission must effect a Change of Institution to FUOTUOKE via the JAMB website (www.jamb.org.ng) before applying.
2. Method of Application
- Candidates are to pay a non-refundable application fee of N2,000.00 using an Interswitch Verve or MasterCard debit card.
- Application is strictly online via the University portal: http://ecampus.fuotuoke.edu.ng.
- Candidates should read all instructions carefully before completing the application form.
3. Documents Required for Online Application
Applicants must upload clear scanned copies of the following:
- Recent passport-size photograph (JPG format)
- WAEC/NECO/NABTEB O’Level result (PDF format)
- Local Government Area (LGA) identification letter (PDF format)
- Birth Certificate or Age Declaration (PDF format)
- NCE/OND/HND/First Degree or A‘Level certificate (PDF format)
- Academic transcript (PDF format)
4. Special Instructions
- Use a valid email address and personal phone number during registration.
- FUOTUOKE will not be responsible for unsuccessful applications due to invalid email addresses or phone numbers.
5. Important Dates
- Opening of Online Application: Wednesday, 17th September 2025
- Deadline for Submission: Tuesday, 23rd September 2025
- Date of Screening Exercise: To be announced on the candidate’s DE Screening Schedule Printout after completing the application.
6. Important Notice
- Only candidates whose academic records are properly uploaded on JAMB CAPS will be considered.
- Candidates who make false declarations of O’Level grades or state of origin will be disqualified.
