The attestation section of the photocard must be signed and stamped by any of the following:

- Ordained Clergyman
- Chief Imam
- Commissioned Officer in the Armed Forces or Police (Captain rank or equivalent and above)
- Senior Civil Servant (GL 14 and above)
- Legal Practitioner with at least ten years of experience
Candidates are no longer required to submit the attestation card at any NECO State Office.

Candidates with disabilities or special needs should register normally but ensure they correctly indicate the nature of their disability during online registration.
NECO GCE 2026 Examination Centres
Candidates are expected to select their preferred Neighbourhood Examination Centre within their state during registration.

Important Instructions for Candidates
