The University of Lagos (UNILAG) invites all candidates who applied for Direct Entry (DE) admission into undergraduate programmes for the 2025/2026 academic session to participate in the online registration exercise.

📅 Registration Period: Monday, 22nd September – Friday, 3rd October 2025
💰 Application Fee: ₦3,500

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must have chosen University of Lagos as their first choice in the 2025/2026 Direct Entry (DE) JAMB application.
• Candidates must possess five (5) credit passes at one sitting, including English Language and Mathematics, in relevant O’Level subjects.
• Applicants must be at least 16 years old by Tuesday, 30th September 2025.
• All personal details (Name, Date of Birth, State of Origin, LGA, etc.) must be consistent across all documents/results.
• Former UNILAG students withdrawn due to poor performance or absence may reapply, but only to a different programme.
• Candidates expelled from UNILAG are not eligible for fresh admission.
• Candidates who do not complete this registration will not be considered for admission.

Registration Procedure

Eligible candidates are to complete their registration by following these steps:

1. Visit the University portal: www.unilag.edu.ng
2. Click on “2025/2026 Direct Entry (DE) Application” on the welcome pop-up.
3. Log in using:

• Username: Direct Entry (DE) Application Number
• Password: Surname (in lowercase)

1. Generate and print the Payment Advice.
2. Make payment of ₦3,500 at any commercial bank or pay online.
3. Return to the portal to complete the Screening Form:

• Fill in personal and academic details.
• Upload relevant results (First Degree, HND, OND, JUPEB, A’ Level, NCE, Diplomas, O’Level, etc.).

1. Click Preview to verify information.
2. Click Submit and print the Direct Entry e-Registration Slip.
3. Submit the printed slip and credentials at the Admission Office (1st Floor, Room 174, Senate Building) from 22nd September to 3rd October 2025.

Important Notes

• Candidates must provide valid email addresses and phone numbers for communication.
• The University maintains a zero tolerance policy for drug abuse. Admission will be withdrawn if a candidate tests positive, either before or after registration.
• Registration fees are non-refundable.
