The Federal University Otuoke (FUOTUOKE) invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for its Post-UTME Screening Exercise for admission into the University for the 2025/2026 academic session.
🟢 ELIGIBILITY
The following categories of candidates are eligible to apply:
a. First Choice Candidates:
Candidates who selected Federal University Otuoke as their First Choice during the 2025 JAMB UTME, and scored a minimum of 150, in any of the University’s approved programmes (see Section 9 below).
b. Interested Candidates (Change of Institution):
Candidates who did not select FUOTUOKE as their first choice but scored 150 and above in the 2025 UTME and are interested in studying at FUOTUOKE are also eligible to apply.
Note: Such candidates must complete a Change of Institution to FUOTUOKE on the JAMB portal at www.jamb.org.ng before registering for the screening.
📂 DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR ONLINE APPLICATION
Candidates are required to upload the following (all in clearly scanned format):
- Recent passport-size photograph (JPG format)
- O’Level result(s) – WAEC/NECO/NABTEB (PDF format)
- Local Government Area Identification Letter (PDF format)
- Birth Certificate or Age Declaration (PDF format)
- O’Level Scratch Card Information (for result verification)
- Candidates using two sittings must upload scratch cards for both results.

- Closing Date: Thursday, 8th August 2025

- The exact date of the Post-UTME Screening will be indicated on each candidate’s Screening Schedule Printoutafter completing the application.

⚠️ DISQUALIFICATION WARNING
Candidates will NOT be considered for admission if they:
- Fail to upload O’Level results to JAMB CAPS
- Make false declarations regarding UTME scores, O’Level grades, or State of Origin
