FUTIA Post-UTME/DE 2025: cut-off mark, eligibility and registration details

The Federal University of Technology, Ikot Abasi (FUTIA) invites all qualified candidates who participated in the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and Direct Entry (DE) to apply for admission into its various degree programmes for the 2025/2026 academic session.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  • UTME candidates must have scored a minimum of 160 and selected FUTIA as their First Choice institution.
  • Candidates who did not initially choose FUTIA but scored at least 160 are also eligible, provided they change their first choice to FUTIA on the JAMB CAPS portal.
  • All candidates must have obtained at least five (5) relevant credit passes, including English Language and Mathematics, in not more than two sittings of SSCE or equivalent.

REGISTRATION DETAILS

  • Online registration begins: Monday, July 21, 2025
  • Candidates with awaiting results are eligible to apply but must ensure their O’Level results are uploaded on the JAMB CAPS via a CBT centre approved by JAMB.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • A grace period of four (4) weeks will be given for all offered admissions to be accepted by candidates.
  • FUTIA does not engage admission agents or representatives. Do not make payments to any individual account.
