NSUK Post-UTME/DE 2025: Cut-off mark, Eligibility and Registration Details

Nasarawa State University, Keffi (NSUK) invites all suitably qualified candidates to register for the 2025/2026 Post-UTME and Direct Entry screening exercise. The registration window opens on 28th July 2025 and closes on 29th August 2025.

All eligible candidates must complete the screening process via the University’s portal:

A. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

For UTME Candidates:

To be eligible, applicants must:

  • ✅ Have chosen NSUK as their first choice in the 2025 UTME.
  • ✅ Have scored:
    • 200 and above for Law and Community Health Sciences
    • 180 and above for:
      • Health Information Management
      • Nutrition and Dietetics
      • Environmental Health Science
      • Civil Engineering
      • Chemical Engineering
      • Electrical Electronics Engineering
      • Computer Science
    • 170 and above for all other programmes
  • ✅ Possess at least five (5) relevant O’Level credits, including English and Mathematics, in not more than two sittings (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, or NBAIS).
  • ✅ Upload their O’Level results to their JAMB profile at any JAMB-accredited CBT centre.

📌 Note: Candidates applying for French do not require Mathematics or French in their O’Level.


For Direct Entry (DE) Candidates:

Applicants must:

  • ✅ Possess a minimum of:
    • Lower Credit in ND or NSUK Diploma
    • Merit in NCE
    • Eight (8) points in IJMB
  • ✅ Have five (5) relevant O’Level credits including English and Mathematics.
  • ✅ Upload their O’Level results on the JAMB CAPS.
  • ✅ Candidates applying for:
    • Community Health
    • Environmental Health Science
    • Health Information Management
      must be licensed by their professional bodies.

B. APPLICATION PROCEDURE

The Post-UTME screening fee is ₦2,000.00 only.

To apply:

  1. Visit the screening portal: 👉 https://ug.nsuk.edu.ng/application
  2. Create a profile using a valid email and password.
  3. Log in and select “2025/2026 POST-UTME Application”.
  4. Enter your personal and academic details as required.
  5. Make payment online using the provided options.
  6. Input your result scratch card details (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB/NBAIS).
  7. Submit your application and wait 24 hours for processing.
  8. Print your Application Summary and Payment Invoice.

📌 Important: The phone number used must belong to the candidate.


C. MANDATORY UPLOAD OF RESULTS TO JAMB CAPS

All UTME and DE candidates must upload their O’Level/A’Level results on the JAMB profile at an accredited CBT centre.
❗Failure to upload your results will make you ineligible for admission.


D. MONITORING & ACCEPTANCE OF ADMISSION

Candidates must monitor their admission status on the JAMB CAPS portal. If offered admission, it must be accepted within four (4) weeks.
Failure to do so will result in:

  • Automatic cancellation of the offer
  • Placement in the “Refusal to Accept” category
  • Ineligibility for re-admission

E. SCREENING IS COMPULSORY

Please note: Participation in the Post-UTME/DE Screening is mandatory.
Non-participating candidates will not be considered for admission.
