The Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT) has announced the commencement of its online Post-UTME and Direct Entry (DE) screening exercise for the 2025/2026 academic session.
This notice is for:
- All candidates who chose ESUT as First Choice in the 2025 UTME.
- Candidates who did not initially choose ESUT but now wish to apply (they must first effect the change of institution via the JAMB Portal).

📅 Registration Timeline:
- Start Date: Tuesday, 29th July 2025
- Closing Date: Sunday, 31st August 2025
💳 Screening Fee:
- ₦2,000 only
- Payment can be made online using ATM cards or at any bank via eTranzact.
📌 Registration Procedure:
- Visit: www.portal.esut.edu.ng
- Under “Regular Students”, click “2025/2026 Admission Screening Registration”
- Enter your UTME Registration Number, email, and phone number
- Generate your invoice and choose a payment method:
- Online with ATM Card, or
- Bank payment via eTranzact
- Return to the portal, click “Continue Registration”
- Re-enter your UTME Number
- Enter your O’Level Results correctly
- Confirm your entries and Submit
- Print out your Acknowledgement Slip
🧾 Note:
- No physical screening or aptitude test is required — the process is entirely online.
- Candidates awaiting WAEC, NECO, NABTEB (May/June 2025) can apply, but results must be released before 30th September 2025.
- Ensure consistency across all documents (JAMB result, O’Level, and registration data).
- Upload your O’Level results to JAMB CAPS.
- Discrepancy in names or credentials may lead to disqualification.
🧍 DIRECT ENTRY CANDIDATES:
- Must also complete the online screening.
- Upload A-Level results and other supporting documents.
- Transcripts must be forwarded to the Registrar, ESUT, and a copy submitted to the Admissions Office.
