Nnamdi Azikiwe University popularly known as UNIZIK, has officially announced the commencement of its 2026/2027 Post-UTME and Direct Entry (DE) screening registration exercise for qualified candidates seeking admission into the institution.
Candidates who scored 160 and above in the 2026 UTME, as well as Direct Entry applicants with relevant qualifications, are invited to apply online before the closing date.

UNIZIK Post UTME Form 2026/2027 Eligibility Requirements
Candidates are eligible to apply if they meet the following conditions:
UTME Candidates
- Must have chosen UNIZIK or any of its affiliate institutions as first choice in the 2026 UTME.
- Must score a minimum of 160 in the UTME.
- Candidates who did not initially choose UNIZIK can still apply after completing a Change of Institution through JAMB-accredited CBT centres.
Direct Entry (DE) Candidates
Direct Entry applicants must possess one of the following:
- OND
- HND
- First Degree
- A’ Level qualification in relevant disciplines
DE candidates are also required to:
- Forward their academic transcripts to the Registrar, Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka.
- Submit hard copies of:
- JAMB Direct Entry E-slip
- O’Level result(s)
- OND/HND/First Degree/A’Level result(s)
These documents should reach the Office of the Deputy Registrar (Admissions) on or before Sunday, 21st June 2026.
Failure to submit transcripts before the deadline may lead to disqualification from the admission process.

- Start Date: Wednesday, 27th May 2026
- Closing Date: Sunday, 21st June 2026

Important Notice for Applicants
Applicants should carefully note the following:
- Change of Course or Institution to UNIZIK ends on Sunday, 14th June 2026.
- Upload of O’Level results on JAMB CAPS is compulsory.
- Direct Entry candidates must also upload their A’Level results on JAMB CAPS.
- Candidates should regularly check their email, phone number, and the UNIZIK portal for screening updates.
- Only candidates who complete online registration will participate in the screening exercise.

UNIZIK Post UTME Screening Fee
Candidates are required to pay a non-refundable screening fee of ₦2,000 only.
Ensure all payments are made strictly through the official university portal.

Please note:
- Admission is not for sale.
- Do not pay money to anyone claiming to secure admission for you.
