UNIABUJA School Fees Payment Deadline Extended & Hostel Booking Guidelines (2026/2027)

Following recent portal payment challenges experienced by students, the Vice-Chancellor, on behalf of the Management of the University of Abuja (UNIABUJA), has approved an extension for the payment of school fees.

To ensure a smooth and seamless payment process, payment time slots have been scheduled by faculty from Wednesday, October 28 to Saturday, October 31, 2026.

All students are strictly advised to log in to the portal and complete their payment within the designated time slots allotted to their respective faculties:

🏠 Important Guidelines for Hostel Accommodation Booking

All students seeking campus accommodation must adhere to the following portal booking procedures and management directives:

1. Online Booking: All eligible students are required to book their hostel accommodation strictly through the official UNIABUJA Online Student Portal.
2. Bed Space Allocation Clearance: After successfully securing a booking online, bring the following documents to the Office of the Dean, Student Affairs Division for physical bed space allocation:
   • Printed copy of the Hostel Accommodation Booking Slip.
   • Official Evidence of School Fees Payment.

⚠️ Hostel Accommodation Exclusions & Restrictions

Please take note of the following management decisions regarding hostel eligibility:

• Penultimate Year & IT Students: Students in their penultimate (penultimate level) year, including students currently on Industrial Training (IT), are excluded from hostel accommodation for this academic session.
• 100-Level Students Excluded from This Directive: Note that the hostel booking process outlined above does not apply to 100-level freshers.
