Federal University of Environment and Technology (FUET), Koroma/Saakpenwa – Admission Guide for 2025/2026 Academic Session
The Federal University of Environment and Technology (FUET), located in Koroma/Saakpenwa, Ogoni, Rivers State, invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for admission into its undergraduate programmes for the 2025/2026 academic session.
Applicants must have participated in the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and scored a minimum of 150 to be eligible for consideration.
Application Procedure
Interested candidates are required to apply by completing a Change of Institution to the Federal University of Environment and Technology (FUET) through the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) portal via https://www.jamb.gov.ng.

- Meeting the minimum UTME score and completing the Change of Institution process does not automatically guarantee admission.
- Admission will be based strictly on merit, programme-specific requirements, and successful performance in the University’s screening process.

Admission Requirements
Each programme has specific O’Level, UTME, and Direct Entry requirements as stipulated by the University and the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB).
Generally:
- Candidates must possess five (5) credit passes at the O’Level (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB) in relevant subjects including English Language and Mathematics.
- Direct Entry candidates must have A-Level passes, OND, or HND in relevant fields with at least an Upper Credit grade, depending on the programme.
- UTME subject combinations must align with the chosen course requirements.
