The Federal University of Technology Owerri (FUTO) has released its admission list for the 2026/2027 academic session.
Candidates who participated in the FUTO 2026/2027 Admission Screening Exercise can now proceed to check their admission status and confirm whether they have been offered provisional admission into the university.
The admission list contains the names of successful candidates who have been offered provisional admission for the 2026/2027 academic session.
How to Check FUTO Admission List 2026/2027
Candidates can check their FUTO admission status through the university’s admission portal by following the steps below:
- Visit the FUTO Prospective Students Portal: https://portal.futo.edu.ng/prospective_students
- Enter your username and password.
- Click on Submit.
- Your admission status will be displayed on the screen.
Candidates can also CLICK HERE to view the released FUTO 2026/2027 merit admission list.
Check FUTO Admission Status on JAMB CAPS
Candidates who have been offered admission are also advised to log in to the JAMB Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS) to confirm their admission status.
If admission has been offered, candidates should accept the admission offer on JAMB CAPS and proceed to print their JAMB admission letter.
Candidates are encouraged to ensure that the admission information displayed on the FUTO portal corresponds with their status on JAMB CAPS.
