NEKEDEPOLY Post-UTME 2025: Cut-off mark, Eligibility and Registration Details

The Federal Polytechnic, Nekede, Owerri invites all 2025/2026 UTME candidates who selected the Polytechnic as First or Second Choice, and scored 100 and above in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME), to participate in the online screening exercise for admission into the National Diploma (ND) Regular Programmes.

🟢 REQUIREMENTS FOR ONLINE SCREENING

Candidates are to upload the following details to the Polytechnic portal at www.fpno.edu.ng:

a. O’Level Result(s) – WASSCE, NECO, or NABTEB
b. 2025/2026 UTME Score
c. JAMB Subject Combination for the course applied for

✅ ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

A minimum of five (5) credit passes, including English Language and Mathematics, in not more than two sittings in WASSCE, NECO, or NABTEB.
Candidates must also possess the appropriate UTME subject combination for the chosen course.

💳 METHOD OF PAYMENT AND APPLICATION

Make payment for the screening using your ATM card (MasterCard, Verve, etc.) via the Polytechnic portal.
Upon successful payment, immediately print your Payment Receipt and Acknowledgment Slip from the portal.

📍 Important: This process can be completed from any location in Nigeria. Physical presence in Owerri is not required.

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE

Disparities in O’Level grades, UTME score, or JAMB Registration Number will disqualify the candidate.
Candidates who did not initially choose any of the advertised courses may change to an eligible course and upload O’Level results on the JAMB portal at any accredited CBT centre.
All candidates must ensure their UTME subject combinations align with their chosen course.
Candidates who selected the Polytechnic as 2nd or 3rd choice must change to First Choice on the JAMB portal and upload their O’Level results to be considered for admission.
Wrong or false information will lead to disqualification.
