ADMISSION ELIGIBILITY
- UTME Candidates:
- Candidates who selectedย Ondo State University of Medical Sciencesย as theirย first choiceย and scoredย 150 and aboveย in the 2025 UTME are eligible for the Post-UTME screening.
- Candidates who did not choose UNIMED initially but wish to change to UNIMED as their first choice may also apply.
- UTME Subject Requirements:
- All health-related courses require:ย English Language, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
- Forย Computer Science,ย Physics, andย Chemistry, candidates must have:ย English Language, Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry.
- OโLevel Requirements:
- Minimum ofย five (5) credit passesย in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics inย WAEC, NECO, or GCE, obtained inย one or two sittingsย as required by the department.
- Forย Medicine & Surgery,ย Dentistry, andย Doctor of Physiotherapy,ย all five credits must be obtained in a single sitting.
- Direct Entry (DE) Candidates:
- Must have applied through JAMB and chosen UNIMED as theirย first choice, or be willing to change to UNIMED.
- Must possessย A-level qualificationsย (Cambridge, JUPEB, IJMB) with a minimum ofย 10 points, or hold anย ND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree.
- DE applicants must also meet the relevant OโLevel requirements.
- Transcript Submission for DE Candidates:
- Official academic transcripts must be sentย directlyย from the previous institution to:

SCREENING REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must bring the following items to the screening venue:
- JAMB 2025 UTME Notification of Result or DE Registration Slip
- Printed copy of the 2025 UNIMED Post-UTME Screening Slip
