ADMISSION ELIGIBILITY
- UTME Candidates:
- Candidates who selected Ondo State University of Medical Sciences as their first choice and scored 150 and above in the 2025 UTME are eligible for the Post-UTME screening.
- Candidates who did not choose UNIMED initially but wish to change to UNIMED as their first choice may also apply.
- UTME Subject Requirements:
- All health-related courses require: English Language, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
- For Computer Science, Physics, and Chemistry, candidates must have: English Language, Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry.
- O’Level Requirements:
- Minimum of five (5) credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics in WAEC, NECO, or GCE, obtained in one or two sittings as required by the department.
- For Medicine & Surgery, Dentistry, and Doctor of Physiotherapy, all five credits must be obtained in a single sitting.
- Direct Entry (DE) Candidates:
- Must have applied through JAMB and chosen UNIMED as their first choice, or be willing to change to UNIMED.
- Must possess A-level qualifications (Cambridge, JUPEB, IJMB) with a minimum of 10 points, or hold an ND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree.
- DE applicants must also meet the relevant O’Level requirements.
- Transcript Submission for DE Candidates:
- Official academic transcripts must be sent directly from the previous institution to:

- Note: Failure to submit transcripts will disqualify the applicant from admission consideration.

SCREENING REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must bring the following items to the screening venue:
- JAMB 2025 UTME Notification of Result or DE Registration Slip
- Printed copy of the 2025 UNIMED Post-UTME Screening Slip
