Guide to the MTH 122 Computer-Based Test (CBT)

Academic Session: 2024/2025
Date: Thursday, 18th September 2025
Time: 9:00 AM Prompt
Venue: Nnamdi Azikiwe Library, University of Nigeria, Nsukka

The Department of Mathematics wishes to inform all students enrolled in MTH 122 that the Computer-Based Test (CBT) has been scheduled as above. Students are expected to carefully study and follow the guidelines below for smooth and orderly conduct of the examination.


Instructions for All Candidates

  1. Permitted Materials
  • Only a pen is allowed into the CBT hall.
  • All other items are strictly prohibited.
  1. Batching Schedule
  • Students must appear only at the time assigned to their department in the batching schedule.
  • Failure to appear at the allocated time will lead to forfeiture of the test.
  • If your department is not listed, register under the category marked “OTHERS.”
  1. Identification and Rough Work
  • Each candidate must come with a plain sheet of paper clearly labeled with:
    • Full Name
    • Department
    • Registration Number
  • This sheet will serve as rough work during the test and must be submitted at the end of the examination.
  1. Conduct
  • All forms of unruly behavior or examination malpractice are prohibited.
  • Violations will attract appropriate disciplinary action.

Additional Notes

  • Students are strongly encouraged to prepare adequately and arrive at the venue early to avoid delays.
  • The batching schedule is available for download and should be reviewed to determine the correct time slot.
