NACOMS Admission Requirements 2026/2027
To be eligible for admission, candidates must satisfy the following requirements:
- Possess a minimum of five (5) credit passes in relevant O’Level subjects obtained in WAEC, NECO, GCE, or equivalent examinations at not more than two sittings.
- The required subjects must include:
- English Language
- Mathematics
- Physics
- Chemistry
- Biology
- Must be a Nigerian by birth.
- Must have selected Nigerian Army College of Medical Sciences (NACOMS) as either first or second choice institution in the 2026 UTME.
- Must have participated in the 2026 UTME and obtained a minimum score of 140.
Programme Duration
Successful candidates admitted into any of the available programmes will undergo:
- Four (4) years of academic training.
- One (1) year compulsory internship programme.

Candidates are required to obtain the Post-UTME admission form directly from the Registrar’s Office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ₦10,000.
