Bayelsa Medical University (BMU), Yenagoa, invites all prospective candidates who selected the institution as their First Choice in the 2025 JAMB UTME, as well as those willing to change their institution to BMU, to apply for the 2025/2026 Post-UTME and Direct Entry Screening Exercise.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must have scored 150 and above in the 2025 JAMB UTME.
- All applicants must possess a minimum of five (5) credit passes in relevant O’Level subjects (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB) at not more than two sittings.
- Candidates must upload their O’Level results to the JAMB CAPS portal as a pre-condition for admission.
- Direct Entry applicants must hold relevant qualifications such as B.Sc, HND, ND, NCE, IJMB, JUPEB, or equivalents.
- Inter-University Transfer students with an acceptable CGPA may also be considered.
Application Procedure
- Visit the BMU Application Portal via https://my.bmu.edu.ng/application/login.
- Complete the online application form.
- Pay a non-refundable screening fee of N2,000.00 via Interswitch using any valid debit (ATM) card.
- Upload the following documents:
- 2025 UTME Result Slip
- O’Level Result(s)
- WAEC/NECO/NABTEB Scratch Card details
- A’Level/ND/NCE/HND/B.Sc Certificate (for Direct Entry candidates)
- Birth Certificate or Age Declaration
- Certificate of Origin
- Passport Photograph
Note: BMU will conduct online screening strictly based on the documents submitted. There is no physical Post-UTME exam.
