All candidates who selected Rivers State University (RSU), Nkpolu-Oroworukwo, Port Harcourt, as their first-choice institution during the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and have received a notification from JAMB are hereby informed of the following guidelines for the Post-UTME Screening Exercise:
Eligibility Criteria
- Only candidates who chose RSU as their first-choice university are eligible for the screening exercise.
- Candidates must have scored 190 and above in the 2025 UTME to qualify for admission into all faculties.
- Candidates must possess a minimum of five (5) O’Level credit passes in relevant subjects, in accordance with the University’s Departmental Entry Requirements as published in the JAMB Brochure.
- Candidates must upload their O’Level results during registration.
- Candidates awaiting O’Level results may apply but should clearly indicate their status.
Registration Procedure
- Eligible candidates are to register online via https://ecampus.rsu.edu.ng/ecampus/applications/index.html.
- Payment should be made using Interswitch Verve-enabled cards.
- For support, candidates are encouraged to use the online chat feature or visit the ICT Centre at Rivers State University for reliable registration and biometric verification.
- Candidates must ensure that all information provided during the application is accurate and correctly captured, especially personal and academic details.
Screening Mode & Guidelines
- The screening exercise will be computer-based. Candidates are advised to practice using a computer, particularly the mouse and keyboard, in preparation.
- The screening test will take place at the University’s Information Communication and Technology Centre (ICTC).
- Candidates must adhere strictly to the date and time on their screening test slip.
- Latecomers or absentees will not be considered.
- Registration Period:
- Begins: Monday, 14th July 2025
- Ends: Saturday, 16th August 2025
Schedule for Screening Exercise
- Date: From Monday, 25th August 2025
- Venue: RSU ICTC (Information Communication and Technology Centre)
- Important: Each candidate’s exact date, time, and venue will be printed on their Post-UTME test slip after registration.
Candidates are strongly advised to obtain the official RSU Post-UTME Past Questions and Answers to aid their preparation.

Important Notices
- Candidates who miss their scheduled screening date will not be rescheduled or considered for admission.
- Parents, guardians, and well-wishers are not allowed at the screening venue.
