Following the approval of 150 as the minimum admissible UTME score, Sa’adu Zungur University wishes to inform all prospective candidates who selected the university as their first choice that the online screening exercise for the 2025/2026 academic session will commence on Friday, 11th July 2025.
All eligible candidates are advised to visit the official University website: https://sazu.edu.ng for detailed screening procedures and to begin their application.
Important Note for Awaiting Result Candidates:
Candidates awaiting O’Level results should indicate “AWAITING RESULT (AR)” in the grades column of the form. Once their results are released, they must present them during physical screening for verification.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for admission and participate in the screening exercise, candidates must:
For UTME Candidates:
- Score a minimum of 150 in the 2025 UTME.
- Possess at least five (5) relevant O’Level credit passes, including English Language and Mathematics, in not more than two sittings.
- Sit for the appropriate UTME subject combination relevant to the intended course.
For Direct Entry (DE) Candidates:
- Meet the O’Level requirements stated above.
- Score a minimum of 7 points in IJMB or NCE, or possess at least a Lower Credit in ND.
