AAUA Post-UTME/DE 2025: cut-off mark, eligibility and registration details

This is to inform all UTME and Direct Entry candidates who applied for admission into Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko (AAUA), Ondo State, that the registration for the 2025/2026 Post-UTME and Direct Entry screening exercise has commenced.

Who Is Eligible?

The following categories of candidates are eligible for the AAUA screening exercise:

UTME Candidates:

  • Must have scored 160 and above in the 2025 UTME.
  • Must have chosen AAUA as their first choice institution.
  • Candidates who scored 160 and above but did not initially choose AAUA must first change AAUA to their first choice on the JAMB CAPS portal before registering.

Direct Entry Candidates:

  • Must have chosen AAUA as their first choice institution on JAMB CAPS.
  • Acceptable qualifications for DE include:
    • ND (Upper Credit)
    • HND (Lower Credit)
    • NCE (Minimum of 8 Points)
    • JUPEB (Minimum of 6 Points)
    • 1st Degree (Minimum of Second Class Lower)

Important Dates

  • Registration Commencement: Wednesday, 23rd July, 2025
  • Application Deadline: To be announced

Age Requirement

  • All applicants must be at least 16 years old by 30th September, 2025.

How to Apply

  1. Visit the official AAUA Post-UTME portal: https://putme.aaua.edu.ng
  2. Create an account using your valid JAMB Registration Number and email address.
  3. Confirm your email address through the link sent to your inbox (check spam/junk folder if not found).
  4. Login to the portal and make a non-refundable payment of ₦5,000:
    • ₦2,000 for the Post-UTME application
    • ₦3,000 for portal access fee
      (Payment is made via E-tranzact on the portal)
  5. Fill in your bio-data and academic details correctly.
  6. Upload your O’Level result(s) (maximum of two sittings allowed).
  7. Print out the completed Bio-data slip for reference.

General Instructions

  • Candidates must upload their O’Level results on both the AAUA portal and JAMB CAPS.
  • AAUA accepts results from WAEC, NECO, and NABTEB.
  • Awaiting result candidates may apply but must upload results as soon as they are available.
  • Ensure your UTME subject combination matches your course of choice. If not, kindly change to a suitable course on JAMB CAPS.
  • Use valid email addresses and phone numbers (avoid DND-enabled lines) for correspondence.

Warning!

  • The university does not appoint agents. All applications must be done through the official portal only.
  • Incorrect information or falsification of documents will lead to automatic disqualification.
