The management of Dennis Osadebay University (DOU), Asaba, a Delta State Government-owned institution, has officially announced the commencement of its Post-UTME and Direct Entry admission exercise for the 2025/2026 academic session.
šÆ Who is Eligible?
UTME Candidates:
- Must have scoredĀ 160 and aboveĀ in the 2025 UTME.
- Must have chosenĀ DOU as their First Choice.
- Candidates who didĀ not choose DOUĀ can still apply by performing aĀ Change of InstitutionĀ on the JAMB portal to make DOU their First Choice.
Direct Entry Candidates:
Candidates seeking Direct Entry admission into DOU must meet one of the following:
- OND or HND holders:Ā Must have aĀ minimum of Lower CreditĀ from a recognized institution.
- NCE holders:Ā Must have at leastĀ Merit grade.
- JUPEB or IJMB applicants:Ā Must have aĀ minimum of four (4) pointsĀ from at least two relevant subjects.
š General Admission Requirements
- All applicants must haveĀ at least five (5) credit passesĀ in relevant subjects, includingĀ English Language and Mathematics, inĀ not more than two sittingsĀ (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB or equivalent).
- Candidates must also meet theĀ UTME subject combinationĀ for their chosen course as outlined by JAMB.
